Who is responsible

Operator: Noryvela. We are the developer of the Noryvela application, distributed through the Apple App Store. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to tezaapps@gmail.com.

What the app stores, and where

Everything below is stored only in the app's own storage on your device, protected by the operating system:

• The shipping plans you import, including the FNSKUs, quantities and product names in the file you chose.
• Your scan sessions: which labels were read, whether each was in the plan, whether a second barcode was visible, and the time of each reading.
• Small preferences: whether you have seen the introduction, your light or dark choice, and which column you last picked as the FNSKU column.

The camera

The scan screen uses the camera to read barcodes. Frames are processed on the device by the operating system's own barcode reader and are never stored, never recorded, and never sent anywhere. No photo or video is saved.

What leaves your iPhone

Nothing that this app creates. Two things happen outside it, and both are yours to start:

• If you buy the manifest export, Apple handles the payment. Apple, not us, processes that transaction and holds the record of it, as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We receive no payment details, no name and no email address.
• If you tap Privacy Policy or Terms of Use in the app, your iPhone opens that page over the internet, exactly as any link does.
• When you export a manifest, your iPhone hands the PDF to whatever you choose next: Mail, Files, a message. Where it goes after that is your choice and that app's policy, not ours.

Third parties

There are no analytics services, no crash reporting, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. No advertising identifier is read. The fonts on this page are served from this site, not from a third party. Two companies are involved and neither receives anything the app creates: Apple, for the App Store purchase, and Google, whose Firebase Hosting serves these pages and therefore sees the IP address of whoever opens them.

This website

The app and this website are two different things. The app collects nothing. This website is served by Google's Firebase Hosting, which writes a server log of every request: the visitor's IP address, the browser identification, the page asked for and the time. We are the controller for those logs. The purpose is to deliver the pages and to protect the site from abuse, and the legal basis is our legitimate interest in doing both (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). The logs sit on Google's servers outside the EU under its standard contractual clauses, are kept for Firebase Hosting's default retention of about 30 days, and are never used to build a profile of anyone. To ask about them or to object, write to the address below.

How long it is kept, and how to delete it

Because the app's data never leaves your device, we hold none of it and therefore keep none of it. The website's server logs are the exception, and they are described above. On your iPhone it is kept until you delete it, and you are in control of that at all times:

• Delete one shipment and its sessions from inside the app.
• Delete the app to remove all of it at once. iOS removes the app's storage with it.
• A manifest you exported is a file you own, wherever you put it.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, the UK, or a place with comparable law, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection over personal data a company holds about you. We hold none from this app, so there is nothing for us to hand over or erase: which is why the deletion controls are in your hands rather than in a support queue. Write to us anyway if you have a question and we will answer it. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.

Consent

The only permission the app asks for is the camera, and only when you open the scan screen. You can withdraw it at any time in iOS Settings, under Privacy & Security, then Camera. The rest of the app keeps working without it; only scanning stops.

Children

Noryvela is a tool for people running a business. It is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone, including children.

Changes

If the app ever starts doing something this page does not describe, this page changes in the same release, and the date at the top changes with it.

Languages

This policy is published in every language the app ships in. If a translation and the English version disagree, the English version is the one that applies.
